Please get in touch at thedevilchicken+mcu@gmail.com (including your AO3 username and a note of the issue) if any of these things are true:

• you fulfilled your assignment on time (or an agreed extension) but you have not received a gift
  
• your gift does not include a character/ship that you requested
  
• your gift contains a DNW that you stated in your signup on AO3

Unless any of the above are true (and if they are, please contact me ASAP), please do take the time to read/view and comment on your gift!

I will default participants who haven't posted their assignment (and haven't requested an extension). There will be a few post-deadline pinch hits posted shortly.

There are no initial pinch hits. Everyone was matchable! If any pinch hits come up, they will be posted to the Dreamwidth community.

If your assignment does not contain a combination of tags that you offered, please get in touch ASAP at thedevilchicken+mcu@gmail.com. Please include your AO3 name and a description of the issue (please email; do not comment here). Bear in mind you are only guaranteed to match on one character/ship and one medium. Assignments cannot be changed for any other reason.

Locked/placeholder letters: Assignments have been sent earlier than expected so some locked letters and placeholders are absolutely to be expected - mine is, so I can't throw stones. However, if you linked to a letter in your signup and it's currently locked and/or is a placeholder, it would be much appreciated if you could complete and/or unlock it as soon as you're able!

Recipient questions: Remember, if you need to ask your recipient a question related to your assignment, please email your question to me at thedevilchicken+mcu@gmail.com and I'll send it on your behalf. Do not contact them direct. This is in order to maintain your anonymity and keep the character/ship they're receiving a surprise!

Remember: there's a known bug that means not all nominated tags will appear in the dropdown! If you encounter this, copy and paste the tag straight from the tagset (not the spreadsheet) and it should work.

• Dear Creator letters may be linked to in your signup in order to give your gift creator further details on your likes and dislikes. These are optional.


• You can edit or delete your signup as long as signups are open.


• You are only guaranteed to match on one character/relationship and one medium (fic or art).
