If you look at the tagset directly, it's likely you're going to be spoiled for a major plot point in Endgame, unfortunately. It's baked into some of the character nominations.
I'll see what I can do about a spoiler-free copy of the tagset in a spreadsheet! I should be able to just add a tab to the searchable spreadsheet with the spoilery nominations (new characters and the plot-spoiling ones) removed.
